Shipping and Return Policies

All Sorella Dieci pieces are handmade and designed custom for our beautiful Sorella’s. We take pride in providing the best quality and service to our customers. Please read below for details on SD policies.


Shipping

All SD orders will be made within 7-10 business days, not including Holidays, from purchase date. Shipping fee is $7.99 on all SD orders. Free shipping available on all orders over $75.


Personalized jewelry

All personalized items are final sale. 


If there is an error made by SD, we will replace the order as soon as we are notified, at no charge. Customer must notify SD of error within 14 days of receiving item (s).


If an error was made by a customer during purchase, the item can be exchanged for a new one with correct personalization within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees. Please refer to the Shipping policy above.


Exchanges/Returns


SD does not issue refunds. Exchanges are allowed, with the exception of Personalized and Final Sale items,  if notified within 14 days of purchase. Customers will be responsible for shipping fees. Please refer to the shipping policy above.


Repairs/Damaged Items


If a customer receives the order and item(s) are damaged, SD will exchange the item(s) if notified within 14 days of shipping date. Customers will be responsible for shipping the damaged item(s) to SD, and SD will ship the replacement item(s) at no cost.


If SD item(s) are damaged, tarnished or broken within 45 days of purchase, SD will repair the item, based upon availability. If item(s) are no longer available, SD will offer store credit. Customers will be responsible for shipping fees for repaired/damaged items. Please refer to our Shipping policy above.



Final Sale Items


Items such as seasonal shoes, handbags and earrings sold by SD are final sale, no exchanges or returns accepted, unless the item is damaged. Please refer to Repairs/Damaged items policy above.
